Breakups

Dealing with breakups is for some people one of the most painful things. It hurts, sucks and is not at all a good time. At times the breakups were for the better and at times not. Whatever the case may be we’ve all gone through one and if you have yet to then consider yourself lucky. People take it as a positive, negative or they brush it off like it was nothing. To me, the ones that brush it off like nothing is more painful than the breakup – but hey, to each their own.

If you need a good cry then let it out when no ones looking or on a friend’s shoulder, it hurts and it needs to be let out sooner rather than later.  Like I’ve said before in a previous post or two, you need to learn to get over this chapter, obstacle or path along your journey in life. If it wasn’t meant to be then it wasn’t meant to be.

if your going to take the breakup into something positive then by all means GO FOR IT. Workout to clear your mind, go out with friends, take up a new hobby. Don’t be a negative Nancy, mope and be upset. The relationship is over and sometimes there is nothing you can do about it. I do highly suggest that you get closure because the healing process will go faster. That is if the other person is willing to do it, if not don’t try to force it.

It’s not cool to wish someone bad in the future be mature about it wish them happiness and all that jazz. It would be the adult thing to do rather than wishing them harm. For example most of my ex’s know that if they ever need someone to talk to or vent or anything like that, that I am here for them. As I am there for all of my friends.

I guess I’ll leave it at that. I hope everyone had a fabulous Easter Sunday. I hope your week got off to a great start if not then tomorrow is another day to start fresh. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, or good night and hope you sleep well [obviously depending where the sun is when your reading this]. Have a good one ^_^ xoxo – britzy
